Marketing and Advertising Support

  • National and DAA level sales campaign creative is provided through program websites and through program partners
  • Select dealers enrolled in the FCA Digital program may be selected to participate in FCA funded campaigns and promotions

  • New Vehicle Digital Advertising done through the FCA Digital Advertising certified vendors is eligible for Digital Co-op support

  • Program support is available through FCA Digital VIP Support for ALL program-related questions

  • Complimentary concierge service is provided by FCA for all dealers. This service reaches out to customers to assist dealers with setting an appointment at the dealership. Dealers can opt-out of this service by calling the FCA Digital VIP Support Team.
  • Complimentary URL registration is provided for all program sites
